3. User Content and License Grant

When you submit car drawings or other content to the Service, you:

• Retain copyright ownership of your original content
• Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your content in connection with the Service
• Warrant that you have the right to grant this license
• Agree that your content may be used in games, galleries, and promotional materials

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to submit content that:

• Is illegal under Australian law
• Is defamatory, offensive, or inappropriate

8. Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable Australian consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our liability for breach of any consumer guarantee that cannot be excluded is limited to supplying the Service again.
